Be a Millionaire
This book that I wrote spending a month on it was refused by the client saying that the work is not what he wanted. However, he gave the date of publishing on his website saying that the ebook is coming on 9th June. He did not respond to my emails and that is why I have to do this. I am publishing this book with my name and all rights reserved to me. I encourage every freelancer to raise his/her voice if anything bad happens to them because we don't work for free. this is our job and we are not to be exploited by anyone.
bbyt your fault. But if you die poor, that’s your fault”. If the 9-5 job is sufficient for you and you are satisfied with what you have in your life then read no further. But if you have the energy to make your life worth counting then this is the right book for you. And by the way, energy doesn’t necessarily come with age. A 35-year-old man can be more motivational to change his life than a 25-year-old boy. So it doesn’t matter what age you are. The only thing matter is the potential energy in you. No, I am not teaching science here. By potential energy, I mean the zest. The enthusiasm to start today and not just today. Finish the book, get the ideas and start right away.
Consider yourself lucky to be born in this era of opportunities. If you are reading this book then I assume that you have that potential energy I talked about. You searched for ways and you want to achieve. I just tried to make your success path a little easy by guiding you to take initiative. A person with a lot of ideas and no application is just as lame as theory without practical. A theory remains theory unless successfully practiced. This is normal for each and every one of us to think about ideas on how to make extra money at night when we go to bed. Some spend hours thinking and others spend minutes. But what is common in all is that ultimately we sleep. For some, they just become dreams, for others… Well, they get up in the morning, take a new start and turn their dreams into realities. This is where the difference lies. Our nights are same, our days are different. Some lead towards success while others to the bed again. The choice is ours which path to follow. Even if you don’t become Steve Jobs or Bill Gates, isn’t it worth giving a try to what you can become? At least when you get old and you will have all the time on earth; you won’t be disappointed in you for not trusting your gut and not trying hard. So take a step now whilst you can. For this potential energy won’t last forever. Make use of it at the moment. Turning the next page means taking yourself to the next stage in life. Because I am going to talk about some secrets that can help you become a millionaire in just one year. Just one year of your life dedicated to your work and when the New Year begins you will see a whole new you and your life from a different perspective. These secrets I gathered from a lot of research and my life experiences. So don’t just read them, absorb them to the fullest. For after reading this book you can tell yourself what to do to become a millionaire in JUST ONE YEAR.
There are three types of ideas
- A spontaneous idea which occurs to you when you are in the shower or lies down to sleep or driving a car. You feel an instant energy and get excited about that idea. Then you spend the whole day thinking about it and when you find a little personal time on the internet you search if that idea has ever existed. Most of the times you find that this is not something new and somebody somewhere in the world has already made a name for This may lower your energy and get all the zeal out of you. But then you think further of an innovation. How can this get better? Sometimes you succeed and sometimes you couldn’t think of anything new and leave all here. If you succeeded in finding a better solution you will discuss it around. Ultimately either you will start working on it or after extensive research and wasting a lot of time you will get back to your normal job because at least it is paying something every month.
- The second type is when you have spent years in some business and finds some gaps that really need to be filled. You try to bring change but because you are working for someone else and maybe this is not what they want right now because of different priorities so you want to do things your way. You see an opportunity you work for it and because you were already experienced and have knowledge of market so things have started working in your favor.
- Another type is when neither you are in some business nor you have an idea but you want to start a business of your own and for that, you need to think what could be the business opportunities. This is a different approach and requires a lot of research and market surveys. You may have enough resources to start a company but the biggest question you need to work out is that, what will that company do? Because initially, you don’t know what kind of idea can be fruitful?
This book is mostly for people like that but there are so many things that will benefit the other two types as well. There are chapters that will be interesting for all. Whether you have an idea or creating one this book is a complete guide to all your problems. I hope you will get the most out of this book and I further hope that one day my phone bell would ring and I hear your voice on the other side telling me what you have achieved after reading this book. I would love to hear a happy millionaire looking to become a billionaire.
Start a business
Jobs can pay well but they don’t pay what you work for day and night. Obviously, there are many shareholders. Remember that you can never become a self-made millionaire by working for someone else. Of course, you can create one but that won’t be you. If you have the potential to work day and night for others, why not work for yourself. A fixed salary after a month isn’t a reward. All the bonuses you get in a company are not even half of what you can achieve for yourself. Because the effort you put in the company doesn’t get you any name outside. People will know you as a hard working employee. Yes, your employer will be very happy with your performance but at the end of the day, it’s the owner of the company who gets the lion’s share. And what do you get? Well, maybe just a percent of the profit or even less. Think about 100 percent profit. Think about starting your own business.
This is how it works. You work day and night. Invest in time, effort and dedication yet if you get fired all your investment will be lost in no time. Even if you stay what will you get? A 3-4 % raise or occasional bonuses! This is not worth your time and effort. You are always uncertain of your job security. If you get fired you will lose all your savings overnight. So if you hope to get rich by working for others, this is where you have mistaken.
If until now you have decided to start a business of your own, then CONGRATULATIONS! You have started your journey towards becoming a millionaire. And remember you just have one year. So don’t just plan. Start working because time is running and time doesn’t wait for anyone and time is money blah blah… yes, all the syllabus quotes about time. But the irony is that it is true. Your time will start just after finishing this book. So be prepared what’s coming. A few tips however before you jump into conclusion. Because you sure don’t want adrenaline rush to take you over. You need to sit, relax and think of the options you have. What do you know about the products, services, and market? To run a trendy service you must have knowledge of client, laborer or supplier relation, convenience store knowledge and knowledge of the business environment. Peter Drucker remarked, “The entrepreneurs always searches for change, responds to it, and exploits it as an opportunity.”
How much money and resources can you invest? Is there any hobby of yours that you want to convert into a business? People have done this many time and the success rate is very high. Do you want a part-time business that can be converted to full time after some time? Find the courage to take the risk. No business is without risk. The first thing to do is to make a business plan. Write down what ideas you have. Usually, people will think what they have been doing all along in their lives. For example, if you are a gamer you will have ideas about game developing. A doctor may think of only medical related ideas like machinery, tools etc. a fashion designer will go for clothes. This is good and might thrive. But this is limited. Let your brain do the thinking. What is it that you REALLY want to do? Or what is it that you think is in high demand and starting with that particular idea ensures achievement. This will help you guide through the process. Proceed with a little training if you think you need any. Learn strategies that can prepare you for this step. Take advice from other businessmen about financial tips. As a captain, you are liable to demand some key skills. You may not have all of these skills right now, yet if you are interested of your own strengths and impotencies you can bring in steps to transpire the skills you don’t have
Most of the businesses you see are similar to the other businesses, and often the first point that came to our mind is that what can we do with a business to make it remarkable? And Elon Musk said, “‘Great companies are built on great products.’
A business requires for a regular check that to provide something that no one else can in this regard we can easily spot the gap in the market. Without this flight of imagination, buyers are unwilling to take care of to a vague path to an ideal situation they desire.

Find yourself a purple cow i.e. a business that provides something that others don’t. A unique idea. When you go to the internet you find people indulged in many strange businesses. You wonder why they are doing this. What is so special about it. Look from their perspective. There are people who came up with exceptional ideas and implemented them and made a lot of money out. Let’s see some examples. Have you heard of a mystery marketplace for the customers who don’t know what to buy? Sounds strange! There are times when we are in a shopping mood but our closet is full of clothes, shoe rack overly filled, enough jewelry for a year, cosmetics; not an option. Then what to buy? “SomethingStore” is a business started by enthusiastic people like you to surprise people. People purchase brand new surprise items for 10$. It’s a surprise what do they get. And who doesn’t like surprises? The company has sold more than 200,000 “somethings” since its inception in 2007.
Another strange business is “The Wedding Wagon”. A company based in Las Vegas provides a full marriage ceremony at the back of a van in just 129$. Time, date and venue all chosen by the customer. Just give it a call and with all the embellishments the van will come to make your big day extra special. The point is that you need a different approach. It’s important to choose a unique idea however, it is more important to do something which interests you. If you take your business as a burden you will never get anything good out of it. Think of something that is interesting for you. Anything that will make you go. You are preferably likely to stay the course and be well-off if you get a charge out of what you do. However, be conscientious that your enthusiasm for your hobby doesn’t confuse you to the service potential it has. You commit being an excellent writer of poetry, but making a source of income from it is all but infeasible. According to a research conducted at Duke University, “sustaining interest in the goals you pursue can improve your work and reduce an interest in the goals you pursue can improve your work and reduce stress”. This is the reason why people who work 9-5 get exhausted easily and lose interest in their jobs. For them, it only remains a burden they have to carry for a living. And why would they maintain interest when they are not doing it for amusement. They are just doing their jobs. You will find hundreds of people who will tell you about how boring their lives have become and how bad they want a change. Why go to that level of boredom and then return? Why not take a step today. Start your own business and you won’t be one of those struggling-hard-achieving-nothing people. So give yourself some time to think about the options you have. There may be multiple things that can amuse you but select one that can pay you the best. Honestly speaking it’s not an era of “get good grades to get a good job”. Billionaire, John D. Rockefeller, possibly the richest man in history left education by the time he turned 16. Steve Jobs didn’t complete college and yet he is one of the most successful people in the world. Who doesn’t know Henry Ford? With very limited formal education he became widely rich and a successful industrialist. Wait here… I am not convincing you to leave education and go out exploring the world. What I am trying to say is that if you are not good at getting top grades this should not stop you from achieving your goal. Your goal is to become a millionaire in one year and this is what you should focus on. The difference between a dreamer and a millionaire is action. Once you decide to become a millionaire then act like one. An extreme idea of this is to shoot first and point later. Millionaires are very action oriented and look for ways to implement ideas rather than just have them. Instead of making excuses for why you can’t act on ideas, make a decision to be action oriented.
So now we agree to start a business of your own with an innovative idea. Next question is what is that idea? I assume that you have a plan but hesitant to try because of the risk of failure. Should you let it go just because you think you might fail or should you just give it a try? There are no second opinions when it comes to business and risk. They go along. But one thing is for sure. If you didn’t take the initiative now you will definitely fail. But if you take a leap of faith now, chances are that with the hard work and determination you will succeed in achieving your goal. Launch the idea in the market. Check if it works. See the response of people and make changes according to their demand. If you think your idea isn’t attracting many then maybe try another one. The start is very important. Take failures with an open heart and they will teach you what success can’t. Sometimes to reach the Do’s of the game you have to pass through the Don’ts. Don’t strive for perfection. At least not in the beginning. Work on making a decent product or service and get it out to the market quickly. The market will tell you what they like and don’t like and how to modify your product to perfection. The single biggest mistake many young entrepreneurs make is to allow days turn into months turn into years trying to make the “PERFECT” product before they put it out into the market. While you are doing this, another entrepreneur is putting a knot of the perfect version of the same product out in the market and capitalizing on it. There’s no such thing as a perfect product or service. Even Google, Facebook and Apple still have kinks in their products and still make billions off them. The key is to let the product out there quickly and start making money. You will have plenty of time to fix the errors later on. Just keep one thing in mind. Whatever product you are selling it should serve to millions at a low cost or a few people at high cost. Either way, you will make money. For example, if you are working on a new idea and you have no competitors at the moment, good for you. But with a few competitors, you need to check pricing strategies. You may either introduce it as a high price product to establish a valuable image in the customers’ mind. After some time reduce it to half in the name of sale or offer, to make it look like a good bargain. If you are sure that your product will do well in the market and it has its demand out there then it’s best to keep the prices as low as possible. This will attract millions making you customers that will love to buy and recommend it to others as well. However, the quality is important. Cut your profit initially. Once your product establishes itself, then raise the prices a little. People would love to buy it at a higher price also if it’s really worth buying. So your focus shouldn’t only be the cost. Yes, money is important and this is what we are planning to achieve here. But pay attention to the demand and quality first. This will make you a millionaire. There are examples of many who started with unique ideas providing quality and small prices but attracted a mass. Do the math. Low prices and big mass to target. This is your best bet.
Don’t forget to get your business registered. Check with your state government and take IRS rules seriously. You don’t want to get yourself in trouble on your way to success. So make the procedure transparent and legal as much as possible. Get a list of all the permits and licenses and check which ones you need. Starting a business comes with a price and you need to determine how to cover all the expenses. If you don’t have the means you will need to borrow money. A bank loan is a good option but with some issues or you can borrow small amounts from your friends etc. whatever suits you. This is your play.
Dong Nguyen, the creator of the most popular game of 2014, just spent three days to create this masterpiece “Flappy Birds”. According to him, he was making $50,000 a day by his free app just by running a small mobile ad banner. The game was very addicting. It took him just 20 days to become a millionaire. Here we are talking about a year. Enough time! Let’s see another example. A few years ago Amanda Hocking was the best-selling indie writer on Kindle. Her sales were 100,000 copies a month at $1 to $3 a book. Now calculate her income. Millionaire in a month or two and fame is a plus. And the best part is that she is not the only one making millions on Kindle. There are many others who did the same. Everyone has his own idea and that idea made him rich.
Making millions by selling rocks? Yet another strange idea! A former advertising executive Dahl sold rocks which earned him a profit of roughly 3$ on each. The idea was to sell rock as “hassle-free” pets packed nicely in a box and with it came a manual on pet training. This was a big hit. It made Dahl million in a few weeks. So you see you don’t need to invest thousands top make millions. A simple innovative idea and with a little marketing tactics you can easily become a millionaire in one year. These are just a few examples. Go to the internet and Google it yourself. You will see hundreds of inspiring stories out there.
“What do you need to start a business? Three simple things: know your product better than anyone. Know your customer, and have a burning desire to succeed.” —Dave Thomas, Founder, Wendy’s.
If you think you are not being able to think something different until now, let’s follow another strategy. Write out 3 problems you have just been living your life daily. Then write 10 possible solutions to each problem. This will force you into the habit of thinking creatively daily and coming up with possible solutions that you could implement and could make you a million dollars. Maybe a gadget that could help you with one of your problems. Well, there are more strange ideas out there. The owner of THROX, Edwin Heaven created a website that gives out 3 socks in a pair rather than 2. He must have this idea came from the fact that most of us struggle to find the other sock in the pair which mysteriously disappears. He devised a method for that. The first socks pair to come in three. So if you lose one you still have a pair. Interesting yet useful. So how successful this idea was. Readers’ Digest Magazine in its “Best in America” issue gave its “Best Innovation” award to THROX. Edwin Heaven says “If tires come with a spare, why not socks? After all three beats a pair every time.” What a simple solution to the daily frustrating search of a lost sock.
